Custom Embroidery Design Creation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m working on a fabric line that needs a distinctive embroidery element drawn from a reference image I already have. The goal is to turn that inspiration into a polished, stitch-ready artwork that can head straight to the embroidery machine without any extra edits on my side.
Here’s what I can share right away: a high-resolution photo of the motif, details on thread colours, approximate dimensions, and the fabric weight. I’d like the final file supplied in a standard machine format such as DST or PES, along with a colour chart and a clean vector master (AI or EPS) so I can reuse the design at other sizes later.
Feel free to recommend the best stitch types, densities, and underlay for durability—I’m open to expert tweaks that make the design run smoothly on both cotton and a light twill. If you normally work in Wilcom, Hatch, or a comparable digitising platform, that’s perfect; please just let me know which program you’ll be using so I can note it in my production specs.
Once I approve the first proof, I’d like one round of minor revisions included in case thread counts or small details need adjusting. I’m ready to begin as soon as we confirm the timeline, and I’ll release the final milestone the moment the sew-out test matches the digital render.
