Convert PNG Logo to DST

I have a finished logo in PNG format and I need it digitized into a clean, ready-to-sew DST file for embroidery. The final design must stay within a small hoop size—no larger than 4 inches—and match the exact colors already present in the artwork.

I’ll send you the original PNG as soon as we start. From you, I’m looking for a properly optimized DST file that runs smoothly on standard Tajima-compatible machines, along with the basic color chart so my embroiderer can follow the same thread sequence.

Turnaround is time-sensitive, so as soon as you finish the digitizing, please send the DST and any supporting notes (stitch count, color order). If you spot anything that might compromise stitch quality at this scale, flag it and suggest a fix; otherwise, keep the logo intact.
