Looking for front end developer with ember js with some knowledge of backend ruby on railes

Seeking an experienced Ember.js developer with knowledge on backend ROR with postgreSQL tail. I have an open-source community forum built with Ember.js as the front end and need some modifications to the existing code and also need to modify existing CSS template to tailwind.css. I'm looking for someone proficient in Ember.js to make a few adjustments (not major) to meet my requirements and also change the theme from existing standard css to tailwindCSS as a Fixed project.
