Wearable biosignal research prototype (EMG + IMU + ToF)

I have a detailed technical PDF describing a custom multi-sensor embedded system. I need one functional prototype for internal research. No industrial design, no mass production, no certifications.
The system must integrate multiple high-rate sensors (one >1 kHz, others in the 100–400 Hz and 30–60 Hz range). All data streams must be timestamped on a single clock and logged via USB to a PC.
Power: USB only.
Form factor: flexible, can be ugly.
Focus: correct sampling, synchronization, and reliable data capture.
Deliverables:
Working electronics prototype
Firmware for synchronized multi-sensor logging
Simple mechanical mounting (3D print or off-the-shelf)
Wiring diagram + BOM
This is a pure engineering prototype.
