Wearable Vibration Firmware Development

I have a small wearable whose only job is to vibrate whenever the wearer presents an external magnet. A Hall-effect sensor (already on the PCB) detects the magnetic field, and a coin-type vibration motor provides the haptic feedback. What I need now is the firmware that ties everything together.
