Description:

I am looking for an experienced PCB designer to develop a 2-way USB PD delivery board with the following requirements:

Key Specifications:
• Based on IP2368 (power management IC) and BQ7790503 (battery protection IC)
• Battery configuration: 4S Li-ion pack
• Output power: up to 100W
• PCB: 2-layer or 4-layer (depending on design needs)
• Support for bidirectional power delivery (charge & discharge)
• Overcurrent, overvoltage, and thermal protections

Deliverables:
• Complete schematic design
• PCB layout (Gerber files, BOM, and design files)
• Recommended component selection for high efficiency & thermal stability
• Basic documentation for assembly and testing

Preferred Skills:
• Strong experience with USB Power Delivery (PD 2.0/3.0)
• Knowledge of Li-ion battery management (4S configuration)
• PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, or equivalent)
• Experience with high-power DC-DC designs
