Touchscreen DC Motor Controller

I’m building a standalone controller for a brushless DC motors and need the full control stack put together. The motors only have to start, stop and vary speed—they only spin in one direction. All interaction will happen through a small capacitive touchscreen; the user should simply tap “Start/Stop” and slide a speed bar to modulate PWM. The speed of each motor is independent, so each motor should have its own speed bar. Finally, once the speed of each motor is set, it can be saved to a preset button. There should be multiple preset buttons for different configurations.

I'd like to prototype using available equipment from the radio controlled hobby world - brushless sensored motors, electronic speed control (ESC), and battery.

What I still need from you
• a touchscreen to control the motors (rather than a radio and receiver)
