₹600.00 – 1,500.00 INR

Bidding ends in 6 days, 22 hours
Project Scope

We would like to proceed with the prototype development of the SoilKare Agricultural Monitoring & Crop Quality Device as described in the engineering specification document we shared earlier.

The system includes the following main subsystems:

• STM32-based embedded controller
• LTE communication module (SIM7600 or equivalent)
• Soil monitoring sensors (pH, EC, moisture, temperature)
• Water quality sensors (pH, EC/TDS, temperature)
• Crop / leaf health sensors (chlorophyll / multispectral sensor)
• Agricultural produce quality testing sensors (Brix, nitrate, crop moisture)
• External ADC interface (ADS1115 or similar)
• RS-485 interface for industrial sensors (Modbus RTU support)
• Camera module for pest detection (image transmission to cloud AI)
• Pump / valve control driver
• Power supply architecture supporting 9–24V DC input

Sensor Interface Notes

• pH probes will use BNC connectors.
• External sensors should use reliable waterproof connectors suitable for field deployment.

Firmware Requirements

The STM32 firmware should include:

• Sensor drivers and data acquisition logic
• Sensor calibration routines
• Server authorization logic for sensor activation
• MOSFET-based hardware power control for sensors
• LTE communication using AT commands
• Data transmission to the cloud server using MQTT or HTTP
• RS-485 communication support (Modbus RTU)
• Pump / valve control logic
• Watchdog timer and firmware safety mechanisms

Power Efficiency Requirement

To improve power efficiency for field deployment, the LTE module should not remain continuously active. The system should support scheduled data transmission, where the device wakes up, reads sensors, transmits data, and then returns to low-power mode.

User Interface

For the prototype stage, the device will send data to a cloud server. The data will be accessed through a website dashboard. A mobile application is not required at this stage but the architecture can allow future integration if needed.

Deliverables Expected

• System architecture and block diagram
• Complete schematic design
• 4-layer PCB layout (KiCad preferred)
• Gerber files for PCB manufacturing
• Bill of Materials (BOM) with sourcing references
• STM32 firmware source code
• Basic technical documentation
• Support for prototype testing and debugging if required

Milestone Structure

Total Project Budget: $1800
Estimated Development Timeline: approximately 8 weeks

Milestone 1 – Architecture & Component Finalization
Milestone 2 – PCB Design & Manufacturing Files
Milestone 3 – Firmware Development & Testing

For internal tracking, the development will be reviewed in stages such as architecture design, component selection, power supply design, sensor interface design, schematic development, PCB layout, firmware development, and final testing / manufacturing file preparation.

Prototype Assembly and Testing

After PCB fabrication and assembly, the physical prototype assembly and field testing will be performed on our side. If needed, we may request firmware adjustments or debugging support during the testing phase.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Please note that the SoilKare engineering specification document contains confidential and proprietary system architecture related to our patent application. All design files, firmware, schematics, PCB layouts, and documentation developed during this project will remain the intellectual property of SoilKare Diagnostics Pvt Ltd.

Please confirm if this understanding of the project scope, budget, and timeline aligns with your plan so that we can proceed with the first milestone.

Thank you and I look forward to working together.
