ARC LABS is an IoT and Embedded Systems company focused on developing commercial smart home and Industrial IoT products. We are looking for an experienced PCB designer who can help us develop a production-ready smart home controller PCB.

Project Scope
Design a compact, reliable, and manufacturable PCB for a WiFi-based Smart Home Automation Controller.
The PCB should be suitable for commercial production and comply with standard PCB manufacturing guidelines.

Hardware Requirements
Main Controller
* ESP32-C3 or ESP32-S3 (preferred)
* USB Type-C programming interface
* Auto reset and auto boot circuitry
Power Supply
* 230VAC to 5V isolated SMPS
* 5V to 3.3V regulator
* Over-voltage and reverse polarity protection
* EMI protection where necessary
Relay Outputs
* 4-channel relay version (initial design)
* Relay rating:
* 230VAC
* Minimum 10A per channel
* Manual push-button input for each relay
* Relay status LED indicators
Inputs
* 4 physical wall switch inputs
* Debounce circuitry/software compatibility
Connectivity
* WiFi (2.4GHz)
* External PCB antenna or onboard antenna (designer recommendation)
Optional Expansion Header
Reserve GPIO pins for:
* DHT22
* PIR Sensor
* IR Transmitter
* RS485 (future Modbus support)

* Compact form factor suitable for wall switch box installation
* Proper isolation between high-voltage and low-voltage sections
* Wide power traces for AC load paths
* Silkscreen labels for all connectors
* Mounting holes included

* Minimize BOM cost while maintaining reliability.
