Small LTE Modem PCB Design

I'm looking for a complete PCB design for a small LTE modem using a Simcom module, to be manufactured by JLCPCB. The design should be created in EasyEDA.

Requirements:
- PCB dimensions: Less than 50mm x 50mm
- Power supply: 12V DC
- Communication: 5V serial connection
- SMA aerial connector: Straight connector

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design, especially using EasyEDA
- Familiarity with Simcom modules and LTE modem requirements
- Experience in designing PCBs for JLCPCB manufacturing
