Single-Layer Consumer Electronics PCB Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a seasoned PCB engineer to take a brand-new consumer-electronics concept from idea to ready-for-manufacture. The board will be single-layer, yet I still expect professional-grade schematic capture, layout, and firmware that all work together flawlessly.
Here is what I’m looking for:
• You’re comfortable moving from requirements to full schematic, laying out a tight single-layer board in Altium, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD—whatever you work fastest in—and delivering clean Gerbers, drill files, and an accurate BOM.
• Because I haven’t locked in a microcontroller, I want your guidance on the best chip for cost, availability, and performance. If you happen to have custom-ASIC or chip-level design experience, mention it; that skill set will put you at the front of the line.
• Once the hardware is defined, I’ll also need the embedded code that brings the prototype to life, plus basic validation so I can drop the design straight into a contract manufacturer.
Deliverables will therefore include:
1. Complete schematic and PCB layout files
2. Optimised BOM with sourcing notes
3. Manufacturing outputs (Gerber, drill, pick-and-place)
4. Compiled firmware and well-commented source
5. A short bring-up/validation report proving the design boots and runs its key functions
