Simple DAC Integration on PCB

I have a simple, already-routed PCB that needs one last feature before I can send it to JLCPCB: a single-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) capable of driving an electrical-stimulation stage. The board’s main rail is 18 V, so the solution may involve either a DAC that tolerates that headroom or a small buffer/level-shift stage—whichever keeps the design compact and parts available from JLCPCB’s catalogue.

The microcontroller on the board is an Arduino-compatible device, and I’m completely flexible on the interface; pick whichever is quickest to wire—SPI or I²C—provided you show me the pinout and an example write sequence.

What I’ll hand over the moment we start:
• Existing KiCad (v7) schematic and PCB files
• Mechanical constraints and connector map
• Target stimulation amplitude and load details

What I need back, tonight or first thing tomorrow:
• Updated schematic with the chosen DAC, passives, and any necessary output driver
• Fully-routed PCB that preserves current board outline and connector placement
• Gerber, drill, BOM, and CPL files that pass JLCPCB’s online checker without edits
• KiCad source files and a short Arduino sketch confirming the DAC output

Acceptance is simple: no ERC/DRC errors, JLCPCB uploads cleanly, and your test sketch produces the expected waveform on my scope.
