I’m building a prototype around a TrustZone-enabled Renesas MCU that must meet tight security requirements while handling 4 digital inputs, 4 digital outputs, 2 relays, 2 analog inputs, plus Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. Hardware and firmware are moving in parallel, but I now need extra horsepower on both fronts.

On the hardware side the immediate focus is full-cycle support: schematic capture, board layout, prototyping, bench testing, and clean integration of every section—power, relays, analog front end, RF modules, and debug interfaces. Schematics and PCB files should be delivered production-ready with a complete BOM and clear test reports so I can push the design straight to a short run.

Firmware must preserve TrustZone isolation and enforce restricted user logins while driving the peripherals and wireless stacks. Clean, well-documented C/C++ (or Renesas-preferred toolchain) is essential, along with OTA-friendly builds so future updates remain secure.

Key acceptance points
• Hardware: validated prototypes showing stable I/O, relay drive and analog accuracy, plus RF range tests over BLE and Wi-Fi.
• Firmware: authenticated login flow, verified TrustZone boundary, reliable Bluetooth/Wi-Fi data exchange, and source code that compiles without warnings in the provided environment.
