Firmware Development Request – STM32 GPS Tracker
We are looking for an experienced embedded firmware developer to develop firmware using STM32CubeIDE for a GPS tracking device based on STM32G081RBT6.
Project Scope:
The firmware will be developed according to an SMS and GPRS communication protocol and must support the following features:
- Periodic transmission of GPS data
- Data acquisition from Accelerometer, CAN Bus, Analog inputs, Digital inputs, ...
- Control of digital outputs
- Alarms and alerts, including: Geofence, Overspeed, Power/battery-related events, Input state changes, ...
- Local data storage in EEPROM
- Reliable data upload to a remote server via GPRS
- SMS commands for configuration, status request, and emergency alerts
Technical Requirements:
- STM32CubeIDE (HAL/LL)
- Experience with STM32G0 series
- GPS, GSM/GPRS modem integration
- CAN Bus communication
- EEPROM data management
- Low-power optimization
- Well-structured, maintainable, and documented code
Deliverables:
- Complete firmware source code
- Basic documentation (configuration, protocol usage)
- Support during testing and initial integration
