Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a complete, production-ready EMV smart card built around an STM32L microcontroller. The card’s only job is secure identification and access control, so every design choice must reinforce that goal. Core features I must see working are NFC communication and on-card biometric authentication; I’m open to whichever biometric method best fits the hardware footprint and security requirements, as long as it meets current industry standards.

What I expect from you is a turnkey package that covers both electronics and firmware. That means the full schematic, layered PCB layout, BOM with realistic lead times, and clean, well-documented source code that runs on the STM32L and handles EMV transaction flow, biometric enrolment/matching, and NFC data exchange. The firmware has to compile without warnings, pass static-analysis checks, and be ready for field updates via a secure bootloader.
