SHDJ Servo Driver Setup Assistance

I have a 24 V DC servo from SHDJ (Sinheng Motors) paired with their D-AIS48015A driver and I’m trying to run it from a Raspberry Pi Pico.

Here’s what I’ve done so far
• CN5 PUL +/- and DIR +/- are wired through a transistor level-shifter to a clean 15 V rail.
• The Pico toggles the transistors; the resulting pulse train looks perfect on the oscilloscope.
• Driver is set to Position Mode in the PC configuration tool.
• Wiring has been triple-checked, continuity-tested, and the enable line is held high.

Despite that, the motor never moves. The driver’s status LEDs show it is alive, yet it never sees—or never accepts—the incoming pulses. I suspect the input-signal configuration, timing parameters, or a hidden enable setting in the software is wrong, but the manual is thin and most of the interface is in Chinese.

What I need from you
1. Walk me through every input-signal parameter that must be set in the D-AIS48015A software so it will recognise external PUL/DIR pulses.
2. Advise on correct pulse timing (min / max width, frequency, dead-time) for this driver and confirm that the Pico’s PWM generator settings are within spec.
3. Identify any additional wiring or opto-isolation requirements the driver expects (e.g., differential signalling, pull-ups, common-ground rules).
4. Review my short, tested Circuitpyton snippet for the Pico that generates an accepted PWM signal going into PUL +/-.
5. Help me verify success: when I load your settings, apply power, and send pulses, the motor should rotate smoothly in both directions without alarm faults.

Remote work is fine; I can stream the driver GUI while we test. If you’ve brought an SHDJ servo to life before, or you’re comfortable reverse-engineering Chinese servo manuals, I’d love your help getting this spinning.
