Rotary Encoder PC Interface Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a Windows program and design a PC board that interfaces with a rotary encoder via USB. The system should display real-time data on the Windows program. Data is to be displayed on a touch-screen with operator being able to reset measurement to zero. Admin rights to program necessary to add authorized users (with password) and to adjust/calibrate encoder for accurate measurments, e.g. # of pulses to display correct measuremeent (feet).
You must be able to course the PC board and demonstate full operation prior to payment being rendered. No partial payments will be made for progress - when project is complete, and PC Boards are furnished, you will be paid in full - No exceptions. I will provide you with the encoder.
Key Requirements:
