igid-Flex PCB Design for Smart Ring Wearable

I’m developing a compact smart ring device and need an experienced PCB engineer to design a rigid-flex PCB.

The design includes:

A flex PCB section (polyimide) that wraps around the inner circumference of a ring

Two gold-finished contact pads on the flex section that interface with the user’s finger

A rigid PCB section that connects to the flex and hosts electronics

Scope of work:

Design a single-piece rigid-flex PCB

Flex section with exposed ENIG pads (dimensions and spacing will be provided)

Proper coverlay usage and manufacturable rigid-flex stack-up

Clean routing of high-impedance analog signals from flex to rigid section

Mechanical alignment features and reliable rigid-flex transition

Requirements:

Proven experience with rigid-flex PCB layout

Strong understanding of analog signal integrity in compact wearables

Ability to deliver complete PCB layout and Gerbers
