Remote Power/Reset PCB with ESP32

Job ID: 40246061

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

Am seeking a professional PCB designer to create a custom hardware interface for the Arc Foundry remote management system. This board will bridge a home server's motherboard with an ESP32 microcontroller, allowing for remote power/reset control and real-time status monitoring via a web dashboard.

The project focuses on physical isolation and redundancy: the board must allow the existing PC case buttons to function in parallel with the remote commands while ensuring the PC’s electrical system is completely isolated from the controller using optocouplers.

Scope of Work
PCB Design Only: You are responsible for the schematic capture and PCB layout (Gerber files, BOM, and Pick-and-Place files).
No Firmware/Software: No coding is required for this milestone; I will handle the ESP32 programming.

Key Technical Requirements

Dual-Input Parallel Logic: The design must include headers to connect the physical PC case buttons so they remain fully functional alongside the ESP32 control.

Onboard Power & Charging: The board must feature an integrated battery holder for a 1000mAh LiPo, a TP4056 charging circuit (USB-C), and a 3.3V regulator for the ESP32.

Physical Security: A DPDT slide switch must be integrated to physically disconnect the control signals, acting as a "hardware lock".

Connectivity: All motherboard and case connections must use 2.54mm male pin headers to allow for female-to-female jumper wire integration.

Isolation: Strict galvanic isolation must be maintained between the motherboard headers and the ESP32 circuit; grounds must not be bridged.

Deliverables
Schematic Files: (Preferably EasyEDA or KiCad).
PCB Layout: Optimized for a small form factor with specific attention to ESP32 antenna clearance.
Manufacturing Files: Gerber, Drill files, BOM, and CPL for assembly.
