Project: Compact Pulse Generator Embedded PCB for 12V Solenoid Valve

I am looking for an embedded electronics engineer / PCB designer to develop a compact control PCB for a portable pulse generator device used for underground poly pipe locating and plumbing field testing.

The PCB will control a 12V DC solenoid valve to generate repeating pressure pulses through plumbing pipelines.

PCB Requirements:
- Compact rectangular PCB
- Target size: 40mm x 40mm
- Compact SMD design preferred
- Suitable for portable enclosure integration

Main Features Required:

1. Rechargeable Battery System
- Support rechargeable lithium battery pack
- Charging input circuit included

2. LED Indicators
- Low battery indicator LED
- Charging indicator LED
- Full battery indicator LED

3. Power / Pulse Status LED
- Second LED for ON/OFF indication
- LED should blink during pulse operation

4. Pulse Modes
- 3 selectable pulse modes:
- Low
- Standard
- Fast

5. Solenoid Valve Control
- 12V DC solenoid valve output
- Stable pulse generation
- Suitable driver circuit for inductive load

6. Future Expansion Capability
Please include standby pads/headers or basic expansion support for future upgrades such as:
- Wireless digital transmitter
- Phone connectivity
- Additional digital features/modules

General Requirements:
- Stable and reliable operation
- Compact and clean PCB layout
- Suitable for field-use prototype testing
- Designed with future upgrade capability in mind
