My BIGTREETECH BTT Octopus Pro V1.0.1 (H723) controller lost its main STM32H723 IC to an electrical short. I will be ordering an identical replacement chip; what I need now is your expertise to move the original firmware from the burnt MCU to the new one so the board boots exactly as before.

What I know so far
• Goal: transfer the existing firmware, not develop a fresh build.
• Access uncertainty: the old IC powers up inconsistently, so I am unsure whether its flash is still readable.
• Tools on hand: a basic IC programmer that supports SWD/J-Link, hot-air rework, and standard soldering gear.
