Posture Reminder Sensor Development

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I need this to be done by July 10th before 10 pm CET:
● a Posture Reminder Sensor (PRS) device that can be attached to the user’s upper back
● a USB-C charging dock.
The PRS device should include a rechargeable battery and draft electronics inside.
The charging dock should securely hold the PRS device for charging when not in use. The PRS device should be designed to fit and align into the charging dock. The top and bottom enclosures must fit together cleanly and allow space for the battery and electronics holder.
Design Requirements

Part 1: PRS Device
● Must consist of at least 4 parts:
1. Top enclosure
2. Bottom enclosure
3. 18650 battery (standard cylindrical battery, check dimensions)
4. Draft electronics holder (to represent circuit board and
connections; no detailed components required but should
realistically fit the battery)

Part 2: Charging Dock
● Must consist of at least 3 parts:
1. Top enclosure
2. Bottom enclosure
3. Draft electronics part (representing charging circuitry;
simplified block shape is acceptable)

Assembly Requirements:
● Both assemblies (PRS device and charging dock) must be fully modeled
and presented in an assembled and exploded view.
● All parts should be dimensioned realistically to accommodate the 18650
battery.
● The design should demonstrate consideration for fit, manufacturability
and user experience.

Deliverables: Onshape link with all parts and assemblies
1 PDF with Exploded and assembled views (renderings or screenshots)
Short design report (1–2 pages) explaining:
Design choices
Basic dimensions and materials
How the design supports posture correction and user convenience

Novel features (e.g., unique docking mechanism, ergonomic form)
Realistic consideration of dimensions, assembly and functional logic
