PCB Review Needed

Budget: $10 – $50 USD

I have a nearly finished schematic and two-layer board for a small dual-battery embedded system and want a second set of expert eyes before I send it off to fabrication. The design uses an LM393 for battery-level comparison, an OR-ing network for seamless battery switchover, a handful of dividers and pull-ups, plus some indicator LEDs. What I need is a focused design-for-manufacture sanity check, not a ground-up redesign.

You’ll receive the PDF schematic, the native PCB layout files, and a short note describing the intended behaviour of each block. Please comb through the schematic first, flagging anything questionable in the OR-ing path, comparator stage, divider ratios, pull-ups, or LED logic. After that, glance over the layout—power routing, grounding strategy, trace widths—calling out anything that might bite me in production.

The feedback that will help me most is an annotated version of the schematic with clear callouts of each change or concern. A concise summary alongside it is welcome, but the markup is the critical piece.
