PCB Design with USB Charging and LEDs

I'm seeking a skilled PCB designer to create a Gerber file and BOM for a custom PCB board. The board should support:

- 3 standard LED lights
- A power on/off button integrated on the PCB
- A rechargeable battery connection (3.7V, 4000mAh)
- USB charging integration
-3 light Charging status

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design software
- Experience with USB charging circuits
- Knowledge of LED integration on PCBs
- Ability to produce Gerber files and BOMs
