PCB Board Design with Touch-Controlled & LED Light (USB-C Powered with Battery Provision)

We are looking for an experienced PCB Board Design Engineer to design a compact PCB with touch-based ON/OFF control and LED Light. The board will be powered via USB Type-C and must include provision for adding a battery in a future revision.
PCB dimensions, placement constraints, and a reference video of a similar board (with different dimensions) are attached for review.

Technical Requirements
LEDs
• 8 × LED lights
• Color temperature: 4000K
• Proper current control and thermal management required
Touch Control
• Capacitive touch sensor
• Single touch function: ON / OFF
• Stable operation with minimal false triggering
Power Supply
• USB Type-C port
• 5V input (power only, no data)
• Include necessary protection components (ESD, filtering)
