Outdoor Gate PCB Design Needed

I am wanting to build a PCB that people can use to interface with outdoor gate controllers. Think something like a front-gate on a property.

I have attached a blog post which is a similar model to the unit that I have. It is good context to read on how he interfaced with the unit.

My specific model is CAME BX-246 and has similarities with that post. The board I'd like to make will have enough components to be flexible with a few different configurations. A spec sheet can be found attached. The relevant terminals are below. Ideally I'd like to tap the outputs (acting as a switch for open+close/stop), plus tapping the output light indicators to retrieve the status.

Here are my requirements:
1. I'd like to use a Seeedstudio XIAO‑S3 module as the primary MCU.
2. For power supply, ideally it would be great to have 24VAC support (to power directly from the CAME controller), as well as a wide range 5-48VDC input so it is more flexible for installs.
3. 2x NO and 2x NC MOSFETs as the primary methods for controlling the gate. These will be wired up to a "gate control" screw terminal
4. Optocouplers (or similar) to read the "flashing light" and "open light" indicators. I believe its the same 24V on these terminals. Also on screw terminals
5. Ideally the screw terminals would be pluggable so the board is easy to install and remove.

If you could also please add a temperature/humidity sensor and a pluggable screw terminal for any remaining GPIO that would be great.

I am flexible on delivery time if that results in a lower price also. This is not an urgent job.
