I need a robust ESP32-based LoRaWAN board purpose-built for industrial automation deployed outdoors. The design has to expose reliable interfaces for both pressure & flow sensors and proximity & motion sensors while meeting the environmental constraints of an outdoor enclosure (IP-rated connectors, wide temperature components, surge and lightning protection where practical).

Scope
• Hardware architecture that pairs an ESP32 module with a Semtech-class LoRa transceiver and on-board power conditioning suited to 12–24 V field supplies or Li-ion pack, including optional solar input.
• Clean, noise-tolerant analogue front ends for the pressure and flow channels plus opto-isolated or ruggedized GPIO/interrupt lines for proximity and motion sensing.
• Antenna, RF layout, and matching tuned for the regional ISM band.
• Full set of production-ready files: schematic, PCB layout, Gerbers, pick-and-place, and BOM with all part numbers available through major distributors.
• A minimal firmware project (Espressif IDF or Arduino-ESP32; your preference) that boots, advertises on LoRaWAN and demonstrates sensor reads to prove pin-mapping and power domains.

Acceptance
I will verify the design through DRC/ERC reports, a clean compile of the firmware stub, and successful bench bring-up on the first prototype run. Please include a brief test plan outlining how you validated RF performance and sensor channels.

KiCad or Altium is fine—just state the version you will use so I can open the files later.
