Project description:
I need a simple solution for integrating DTLS over Ethernet in OpenWRT, connected with a CH343 USB device. The goal is to wrap the existing CH343 API calls (send, recv, open, close) so traffic is secured with DTLS without changing the current driver.
Scope of work:
• Add a lightweight DTLS layer (mbedTLS, wolfSSL or similar)
• Create a small wrapper in C for CH343 API calls
• Keep the implementation minimal and working with existing firmware
• Budget is $200
