DESCRIPTION: We need an experienced electronics / embedded hardware PCB designer for a confidential controller PCB project.
The work must be done in EasyEDA.
Important: full schematics, EasyEDA files, component details, connector mapping, mechanical constraints and architecture will NOT be shared publicly. Files will be shared only after NDA and IP Agreement are accepted.
Project scope:
1. Review the existing schematics before PCB layout.
2. Identify schematic issues, missing values, footprint risks, connector or pin-mapping risks, power or grounding risks and manufacturing risks.
3. Prepare a correction list before PCB design starts.
4. Create or update the EasyEDA project as required.
5. Assign and verify all footprints.
6. Design the PCB layout in EasyEDA.
7. Prepare placement review before routing.
8. Complete routing according to approved design rules.
9. Run ERC/DRC and prepare a DFM review.
10. Deliver a complete manufacturing and assembly package.

- EasyEDA editable project/source files
- PCB layout in EasyEDA
- PCB stackup and design rules
- Footprint verification list
- Gerber files
- Drill files
- BOM

Required experience:

- Connector and harness-oriented PCB design
- DFM/DFT
- Gerber/BOM/Pick-and-place generation
