Multi-Layer Prototype PCB Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m working on a proof-of-concept device and need a compact multi-layer PCB that combines three key blocks on a single board: a central microcontroller, several mixed-signal sensors, and an integrated power-supply section. The board is strictly for prototyping, so quick iteration and clean, well-documented files are paramount.
You’ll take the project from schematic capture through board layout, prepping everything for a standard 4-layer stack-up (1 oz copper, FR-4) that JLCPCB or PCBWay can fabricate without extra steps. Component footprints should align with readily available parts; keep the overall outline under 50 × 50 mm and respect 0.2 mm/6 mil design rules. I’m fine with KiCad or Altium—use whichever lets you move fastest, as long as the final data set is complete.
Deliverables
• Source schematic and PCB files
• Manufacture-ready Gerbers, drill, and pick-and-place files
• A concise BOM with supplier links and alternates
• PDF plots and 3D renders for quick review
I’ll validate the design by ordering a first batch immediately, so clarity in layer naming, stack-up notes, and net-to-test-point mapping will be part of the acceptance criteria. If you’ve recently taken a multi-layer board from concept to a functioning prototype, I’d love to see it and get started right away.
