12V Modbus RTU Controller Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a 12V Modbus RTU controller with an RS485 interface for a Linak actuator. The controller should be capable of position control and must integrate feedback from the actuator.Also needs interface to be able to set open and close times with 24hr 7 day clock
Also SMS alarm capabilities.

Key Requirements:
- RS485 interface for Linak actuator
- Position control functionality
- Integrated feedback mechanism from actuator

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Modbus RTU protocol
- Experience with RS485 communication
- Knowledge in actuator control systems
- Familiarity with feedback integration (sensors/encoders)
- Electronics and firmware development
