Output Power: Total 20W
Input: 100–240V AC, 50/60Hz
Outputs:
USB-C (Type-C) – fast charging
USB-A – standard/fast charging
Charging Protocols: USB-C PD 3.0, QC 3.0 (for USB-A), with intelligent power distribution when both ports are used
Target: Compact design, high efficiency, optimized thermal performance
Scope of Work Required:
Complete schematic design
PCB layout (compact and thermally optimized)
Component selection (cost-effective and with stable supply)
Firmware development (if required for protocol control)
Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testing (DFT)
Support during prototyping and validation
Compliance & Standards:
The design should consider compliance with CE, FCC, and relevant IEC safety standards for power adapters.
Deliverables:
Schematic files
PCB layout files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place)
Full design documentation
Prototype support (if applicable)
