Low-Power 3-Phase BLDC Driver

Job ID: 39726033

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a compact, reliable driver for a sub-1 kW 3-phase BLDC motor being built into a niche prototype outside the usual industrial, EV, or consumer categories. Hall sensors will handle commutation, so the design must implement clean Hall-based control with adjustable timing advance and a basic speed loop.

Scope
• Hardware: schematic, BOM, and a PCB (≤60 V bus, 30 A peak per phase) with over-current, under-voltage, and thermal protection.
• Firmware: motor start-up, closed-loop speed control, fault handling, and a simple UART or I²C interface for tuning.
• Documentation: board files, annotated source, and a brief test report.

Any mainstream MCU/driver chipset is fine—STM32, dsPIC, TI, etc.—as long as components are in stock. Low audible noise (1–20 kHz PWM range) and high efficiency are priorities.

Acceptance
Once I provide exact motor specs, deliver a video of the board running the motor smoothly across its full speed range plus a package of all design files ready for prototype fabrication.
