60V LiFePO4 Charger Design

I am looking for an experienced electronics engineer/designer to develop a 60V lithium battery charger with the following requirements:
Key Features:
Input: Standard AC mains (220V/110V).
Output: ~60V DC suitable for charging lithium-ion/lithium-iron batteries.
Auto cut-off function: Charger should automatically stop charging when the battery reaches full charge to prevent overcharging.
LED indication: Charging / Full charge / Power ON status.
Over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protection.
High efficiency and compact design.
Deliverables:
Complete circuit design and schematic.
Component selection (readily available parts).
Circuit layout design.
Documentation for assembly and testing.
Preferred Skills:
Strong background in power electronics and battery management systems.
Previous experience with lithium battery charger designs.
Knowledge of safety standards for lithium battery charging.
