KiCad Schematic & Connector Revision

Job ID: 40542222

Budget: $2 – $8 AUD

I need to refresh an existing KiCad project by updating the schematic and then reflecting those changes on the PCB. The primary task is to add and remove several connectors and headers that have changed in the latest revision of the product. No other component classes are affected, and the board outline will stay exactly as it is, so you can focus entirely on the schematic edits and the related footprint swaps.

Once the schematic is corrected I’ll need the PCB file brought back into sync—just enough to keep the net-list valid and DRC-clean. All routing outside the affected connectors can remain untouched; I only care that the new pins line up correctly, the ERC passes, and the board still meets KiCad DRC rules.

Deliverables
• Updated KiCad schematic (.kicad_sch) showing the new connector and header lineup
• Synchronized PCB layout (.kicad_pcb) with footprints placed and connected for those changes
• A brief change log so I can see what was added or removed before I commit the files to version control

Please work in KiCad (the project’s current version) and keep all file names and project settings as they are now. If anything is unclear, let me know and I’ll supply the existing design files right away.
