Jetson TX2 Safety Hardware Design

I’m developing an industrial-automation controller that will be built around an NVIDIA Jetson TX2 module and must be certifiable to IEC 61508. I already have the high-level product concept; what I’m missing is a safety-minded hardware designer who can translate that concept into a compliant board-level solution and the supporting safety documentation.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A board architecture for the Jetson TX2 that meets SIL-ready requirements, including power, I/O isolation, watchdogs, redundant sensing and any external safety-related components.
• Schematic capture, layout guidance and a bill-of-materials that favours components with proven-in-use data.
• The associated safety lifecycle artefacts—safety concept, HARA, FMEA/FMEDA, FTA, verification plan and traceability matrix—produced in line with IEC 61508 Part 2 & 3.
• Sample safety-oriented firmware stubs in C/C++ that illustrate compliant coding style, memory protection and runtime diagnostics on the TX2.

I work in short iterations, so I’d like to break the engagement into clear milestones: concept & architecture review, detailed design, documentation package and final hand-over for certification audit. Experience with SIL determination, TÜV submissions or similar projects on Jetson platforms will make the collaboration smooth. If you can point me to previous IEC 61508 deliverables you authored, that will help me select quickly.
