I need a production-ready PCB that will sit at the heart of a new IoT embedded system. The board must seamlessly handle wireless communication, integrate multiple sensors, and include robust power-management circuitry so the final device can operate on battery for extended periods.

The footprint should be compact, component placement optimised for RF performance, and the overall layout prepared for low-volume prototype runs as well as eventual mass production. If you normally work in Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle that’s perfect—just send the native files alongside the standard outputs.

Deliverables
• Complete, annotated schematic
• PCB layout (all layers)
• Gerber/NC drill set ready for fabrication
• Bill of Materials with part numbers and availability notes
• Basic assembly and test instructions (so I can validate wireless, sensor, and power sections)

All files must be validated with a DRC/ERC pass, and the wireless section should meet FCC pre-cert guidelines to keep us on track for certification later.
