Industrial IoT Control Board Design

Job ID: 39772723

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I need a seasoned embedded‐system designer to take a factory-floor monitoring and control concept from schematic through to production-ready PCB, keeping Design-For-Manufacture front and centre. The application will live inside an industrial enclosure alongside motors, drives and PLCs, so noise immunity, wide-temperature components and solid power-supply design are essential.

Core expectations
• Capture the full schematic, select components rated for industrial temperatures, and size protection/EMI filters suited to a dirty plant environment.
• Produce a multilayer PCB layout that meets IPC guidelines, includes test points for in-circuit programming, and is ready for turnkey manufacture (Gerbers, BoM, pick-and-place, assembly drawings).
• Provide bootloader-ready firmware stubs (C/C++ preferred, but I’m open to other toolchains if you have strong reasons).
• Hand over all native design files (Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD) plus clear revision notes.

The job is urgent—ideally first board spin within the next couple of weeks—so I’m looking for someone who can start immediately and communicate progress daily. If you have past industrial IoT boards in your portfolio and can navigate DFM reviews quickly, let’s talk.
