Industrial Control System Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a seasoned electronics engineer who can take a control-system concept for industrial automation from idea to tested prototype. The work spans schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, firmware or embedded software development, and validation on real-world loads.
Because this project sits inside an active production environment, I’m after someone who already has demonstrable experience with similar industrial-grade controllers—think PLC-style I/O, robust power regulation, fail-safe circuitry, EMI/EMC-aware board layout, and protocol stacks such as Modbus, CAN, or Ethernet/IP. If you can show previous projects where you delivered a working board plus firmware that met industrial safety or reliability standards, you’re exactly who I’m looking for.
Core deliverables will include:
• Complete schematics and PCB files (Altium, KiCad, or comparable)
• Bill of materials with sourcing notes
• Compiled and source firmware with build instructions
• Basic test firmware for I/O verification
• A brief validation report outlining bench tests and recommended next steps
