India-Only ESP32 IoT PCB
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building an R&D-grade IoT board around an ESP32-S3 (happy to hear if you have a better pin-compatible option) and need an experienced Indian designer to take it from concept to fully tested hardware.
Core requirements
The board must integrate a dependable battery and charging subsystem with automatic backup switchover, on-board data storage that syncs locally and through a companion app, and provisions for a detachable 1–2" TFT/OLED screen. Sensor headers will accommodate temperature-humidity, motion-proximity, gas/air-quality, and space for any extra sensors you feel are useful to expose. LEDs should clearly reflect power, charging, Wi-Fi/BLE status, and error states. Please keep the layout cool-running and tolerant of fluctuating supply voltage.
Deliverables
• Complete schematic, PCB layout, and Gerber set
• Two fully assembled, tested boards demonstrating stable operation
• Clean BOM with part numbers sourced from Indian distributors (Mouser India, Digi-Key India, Element14, LCSC, etc.)
• Production-ready firmware: bootloader intact, code-reburn and factory-reset tested
• A final hand-over package (design files, firmware, test logs) confirming the board works as specified
I’ll review only bids that link to past ESP32 or comparable IoT hardware you’ve released into production or advanced R&D. Let me know which PCB toolchain you prefer (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.) and your typical turnaround for prototype batches.
