Flexible PCB for Haptic Wearable

Job ID: 40030505

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

We are looking for an experienced flex PCB designer to create an ultra-compact 80 mm polyimide flex PCB for a wearable device.

We already have:
A complete mechanical specification (dimensions, component zones, cavities)
A full electronics architecture (components, PCB zones, RF rules)
A draft schematic + connectivity notes that must be reviewed and corrected

Your task:
Review & finalize the schematics
Design the full 4-layer flex PCB (80 mm × 3.8–4.0 mm)
Respect all mechanical and RF constraints (provided in documents)
Deliver production files (Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place, stack-up)

Requirements:
Strong experience with flex PCB design
Familiar with nRF52, BLE antennas, and tight wearable layouts
Experience with haptic drivers (DRV2605L) is a plus
Ability to work within strict size and height limits

Deliverables
1. Schematic in Altium, KiCad, or Eagle
2. Flexible PCB layout and Gerber/ODB++ files ready for fabrication
3. Annotated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and footprints
4. Assembly drawing and basic bring-up instructions

I’ll share mechanical constraints, battery specs, and the exact motor model after kickoff. If you have prior experience with miniaturized, vibration-centric wearables, your insight will be highly valued.
