Fix C2000 Uniflash Flash Error

I’m trying to program a Texas Instruments C2000 board in Uniflash, but the process stops each time with an “unknown error code” during flashing. Connection is fine and the .out file builds correctly; the problem appears only when Uniflash writes to the device.

I need someone who knows Uniflash and the C2000 family to:
• Identify the root cause of the flashing failure.
• Provide a clear, reproducible fix so the .out file loads and verifies successfully.
• Share concise notes on the steps taken (settings adjusted, firmware-side changes, or tool versions used) so I can repeat the procedure on my end.
