70A 6-8S FPV 4-in-1 ESC

Job ID: 40141088

Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

I need a production-ready four-in-one ESC that can comfortably deliver up to 70 A per phase on 6 S and 8 S Li-Po packs. The board must accept either AM32 or Bluejay firmware and talk flawlessly to a Betaflight flight controller over DSHOT. Standard 30.5 × 30.5 mm mounting is fine; there’s no push for an ultra-compact layout, but weight still matters to racers, so keep the copper and heatsinking efficient rather than bulky.

Core requirements
• Current sensing on each power rail for accurate amperage reporting
• Full telemetry output (voltage, amperage, temperature, rpm) back to the FC
• Robust MOSFET selection and gate drive to survive 70 A bursts on 32 kHz PWM

I’ll need the complete project package: schematic, PCB layout files, cleanly annotated BOM with sourcing, and firmware configuration that proves AM32 or Bluejay both flash and run. A brief validation report—scope traces or logger data showing stable 70 A operation on 8 S—will serve as acceptance.

Only engineers who have already brought a 4-in-1 ESC to market or prototype flight will be shortlisted, so please include one relevant example when you respond. Let’s create reliable power for the next generation of FPV builds.
