Embedded Systems Engineer for EV Dashboard Design

I am looking for an experienced embedded systems engineer to design a digital instrument cluster (dashboard) for electric vehicles (2-wheeler and 3-wheeler).

## System Requirements:

### Input Signals:

* Speed input (hall sensor / controller signal)
* Battery voltage input
* Current sensing (optional but preferred)
* Brake signal
* Indicator signals (left/right)
* Reverse signal
* Ignition signal

## Display Requirements:

* Digital speedometer (km/h)
* Trip meter (distance)
* Odometer (total distance)
* Battery level indicator (% or bar)
* Indicator icons (left/right, high beam, reverse)
* Warning indicators (low battery, fault)

## Display Hardware:

* TFT LCD / IPS display (2.4” to 5” range)
* Good visibility in sunlight
* Smooth UI (no lag)

## Functional Features:

* Real-time speed display
* Distance calculation (trip + total)
* Battery voltage monitoring
* Fault indication display
* Startup animation / branding (optional)
* Menu/settings (optional)

## Communication:

* Support UART or CAN communication from controller
* Option to work with pulse-based speed input

---

## Hardware Requirements:

* Microcontroller-based design
* Stable power supply (12V → 5V / 3.3V)
* EMI-resistant design for automotive environment
* Proper filtering for noisy signals

## PCB Requirements:

* Compact PCB for dashboard enclosure
* Automotive-grade connectors
* Vibration-resistant design
* Easy mounting provision

## Firmware Requirements:

* Fast refresh rate display
* Accurate speed & distance calculation
* EEPROM/Flash storage for odometer
* Fault handling logic

## Mechanical:

* PCB suitable for enclosure mounting
* Suggest display mounting method

---

## Deliverables:

* Full schematic
* PCB layout (EasyEDA / KiCad / Altium)
* Gerber files (manufacturing ready)
* BOM with exact part numbers
* Firmware (mandatory)
* UI design (basic or advanced)
* Debug support after prototype
