Embedded System Firmware Development

I need an experienced firmware developer for an embedded system, specifically for a tracking device. The firmware should handle:

- Sensor data processing
- Communication protocols
- Motor control
- Additional functionalities as needed

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, etc.)
- Background in developing for radio frequency devices is a plus
- Ability to provide examples of past work and relevant experience
