Embedded Hardware Design – ESP32 Based Carwash Kiosk Control Board (Production Ready)

We are developing a carwash kiosk control board that will work together with our Paymore TPOS device, and we are looking for an experienced embedded hardware designer to design a production-ready PCB. This is a real commercial product that will go into mass production, therefore the design must be industrial-grade and manufacturable.

The board will control a P10 LED panel (HUB75) that runs continuously 24/7, displaying countdown timers and simple messages. The system must also include Pulse+ and Pulse− inputs that can operate either as dry contact inputs or opto-isolated inputs, counting pulses and triggering system actions. Based on the detected pulses, the board must activate one of 10 independent output channels that can drive 5V or 24V signals for a defined period and then automatically deactivate. These outputs will control carwash equipment such as pumps, foam systems, water systems, or vacuum systems. When a channel is activated, the P10 display must simultaneously start a countdown timer showing the remaining time.

The board should be based on ESP32-S3, ESP32, or a similar MCU capable of driving HUB75 displays. It must support 9V–36V DC power input and include appropriate voltage regulation, reverse polarity protection, transient protection, and ESD protection. The system will operate outdoors, therefore the hardware should be designed for −20°C to +60°C operating temperatures and high humidity environments.

The PCB must be designed using Altium Designer and be ready for manufacturing. Deliverables should include schematics, PCB layout, Gerber files, BOM, Pick & Place files, and basic manufacturing documentation. Components should preferably be selected from Özdisan Electronics (ozdisan.com) to ensure reliable supply for production.

We are looking for engineers with real experience in industrial PCB design and production-ready electronics. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to Arduino hobby projects or firmware-only work without PCB design.
