Electronic Hardware Designer Needed for Low-Cost Microcontroller Selection & Commercial Sourcing in India
Budget: ₹2,000 – ₹4,000 INR
Looking for an electronic hardware designer / embedded consultant to help select the right low-cost, reliable, and easily sourceable microcontroller in India for products like ovens, incubators, and similar equipment typically employing a PID controller, a LCD/SPI/UART based display with read/write USB option and few IOs.
Need someone who can handle both:
technical recommendation of the microcontroller
commercial sourcing guidance in Hyderabad / India
The person should be able to suggest the best MCU based on cost, availability, reliability, peripherals, and production scalability, and also guide on vendors/distributors, pricing, MOQ, and backup sourcing options.
Experience in embedded systems, industrial electronics, BOM optimization, and Indian electronics sourcing is strongly preferred.
Please apply with:
relevant experience
similar projects
MCU families worked with
sourcing experience in India
To filter better candidates, add these screening questions at the end:
Which microcontroller families have you worked with in commercial products?
Have you selected MCUs based on both technical and sourcing constraints?
Do you have experience sourcing components in Hyderabad or India?
Have you worked on ovens, incubators, industrial controllers, or similar hardware?
Can you provide both technical recommendation and commercial sourcing inputs?
I can also turn this into:
a high-conversion Upwork post, or
a more professional LinkedIn / freelancer hiring brief.
