I’m building a wearable headband that modulates neural activity through safe, low-level electrical stimulation to help correct dopamine and serotonin imbalances. The concept is straightforward: targeted currents delivered through scalp electrodes should cue the brain’s own regulatory mechanisms rather than injecting chemicals or tracking levels passively.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Electronic design: stimulation circuitry, power management, and electrode layout that can be fabricated as a compact, lightweight headband.
• Firmware & control: programmable waveforms (frequency, amplitude, duty cycle) with USB/BLE or similar interface so I can tweak parameters during testing.
• Safety & compliance guidance: current density limits, skin contact materials, and any relevant IEC/IEEE standards for transcranial electrical stimulation.
• Proof-of-concept build: a working prototype I can test on the bench and, eventually, in a supervised research setting. CAD files, schematics, BOM, and a brief user guide round out the deliverables.

You’ll have full creative freedom on component choice as long as the device reliably delivers the specified stimulation and fits inside a headband form factor. If you’ve worked with tDCS, tACS, or other neuromodulation hardware, that experience will translate perfectly here.
