ESP32 Relay Control with MFRC522 Integration

I need code for an ESP32 Dev Module with an MFRC522 Card Reader/Writer. The relay control should operate based on the following conditions:

- Both balance > 0 and card attached to activate the relay.
- Relay duration is based on balance:
- Rs100 = 60 min
- Rs200 = 120 min
- Custom rules for other balance amounts
