ESP32-Powered Smart Food Dispenser Engineer
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Embedded Systems Engineer (ESP32 + IoT + Hardware Prototype) for Smart Food Dispenser
I'm building a smart automatic food dispensing system for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand called Arre Foods.
The project is a 6-flavour automatic Pani Puri dispenser that uses ESP32 as the main controller. Each flavour has its own dedicated 12V DC pump, IR sensor, and manual dispensing option. The machine is intended to be reliable, modular, easy to maintain, and scalable for future franchise outlets.
This is a prototype project with the possibility of long-term collaboration.
System Overview
ESP32 Controller
6 x 12V DC Pumps
6 x IR Sensors
6 x Manual Push Buttons
Auto / Manual Mode
Wi-Fi Configuration
Mobile App (Future Phase)
Food-grade Tubing
Stainless Steel Nozzles
12V Power Supply
MOSFET Driver Board
Modular Wiring Design
Easy Service & Replacement
What I Need
I need an experienced embedded systems engineer who can help with:
Designing the complete hardware architecture
Selecting the best electronic components
Creating the wiring diagram
Designing the control system
ESP32 firmware development
Pump control logic
Sensor integration
Manual override functionality
Calibration mode
Cleaning mode
Safety features
Future-ready PCB planning
Troubleshooting support during prototype development
Important Requirements
The machine should be:
Modular
Easy to assemble
Easy to maintain
Easy to repair
Franchise-ready
Low cost
Reliable for daily commercial use
Nice to Have
Experience with:
ESP32
Arduino Framework
FreeRTOS
Food dispensing machines
Beverage dispensers
Coffee machines
Industrial automation
IoT products
PCB Design (KiCad / EasyEDA / Altium)
Solid understanding of MOSFET motor control
Deliverables
Complete circuit diagram
Component list (BOM)
Wiring diagram
ESP32 firmware
Modular hardware design
Prototype support
Documentation
Future PCB recommendations
Project Type
Prototype → Commercial Product
The goal is to develop Version 1 of a commercial smart food dispenser that can later be deployed across multiple franchise outlets.
I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration rather than just completing a one-time coding task.
